Latitude 360 Accentuates Eclectic Tenant Mix at The Shops at West End

The owners of The Shops at West End weren’t about to put just any concept in the 44,000 square feet available in one of the premier lifestyle centers in Minneapolis-St. Paul, and it shows with the announcement that Latitude 360 has signed on to anchor the center’s south end cap.

Latitude 360 is a mega entertainment complex. There will be plenty of entertainment options for West End goers. The venue will include a casual and contemporary restaurant, multiple bars, a cutting-edge comedy club, an 18-lane bowling alley, a high-tech arcade, an al fresco patio, and live music on weekends. It also offers corporate events during the week.

The owners of Latitude 360 were attracted to The West End for the varied tenant mix and prime location. “The West End is a perfect fit for us,” said CEO and Founder, Brent Brown. “There are so many great brands already over there, and the surrounding area is filled with exciting residential and commercial development of all kinds.”

“We’re truly excited to announce Latitude 360 is coming to The West End. They have an exciting concept that expands entertainment options for people of all ages – kids, parents, and grandparents, in addition to those who frequent West End for its exceptional night life,” added Josh Budish, Vice President, Leasing and Development for Duke Realty’s Minneapolis-St. Paul operations, which owns and manages The Shops at West End. “Latitude 360 will add yet another dimension to our already eclectic mix of retail, dining and entertainment.”

Latitude 360 currently has locations in Jacksonville, Indianapolis and Pittsburgh. You can learn more about them at www.latitude360.com.
