How much does the Latitude 360 VIP Rewards cost?

It’s completely FREE! Just sign up with one of our Latitude staff members and you can start earning points immediately.

What does the VIP Rewards card get you?

You are able to earn points towards rewards

What is the point to dollar spent ratio?

For the Rewards card, every $10 you spend in the venue, you receive one (1) point.

What are the possible rewards that I can receive?

  • 10 points = $10 Game Card
  • 10 points = 2 Movie Tickets
  • 15 points = 2 Comedy Tickets
  • 40 points = 1 Hour of Bowling
  • 100 points = $25 Gift Card to Latitude 360

How do I sign up for the VIP Rewards Card?

Simply visit one of our Latitude 360 locations and speak with a staff member. We will ask you to fill out a form so we can update our database and you will receive your VIP card immediately. It’s that simple!

When can I start earning points on my new VIP Rewards card?

Immediately! If you were to join us for dinner, you could actually earn points for that meal! Just make sure to sign up before you pay the bill!

How do I receive my rewards once I earn them?

Just visit one of our locations and a staff member will be glad to help you in redeeming your rewards.

If I am inside the venue and have enough points for a reward, at what time would I redeem them?

The rewards are redeemed at the time of purchase. For example, if you were redeeming a $10 Game Card, it would take place at the time that you are purchasing the card. If you were redeeming comedy tickets, it would be at the end of the show when you are taking care of your bill.

Does the card ever expire?

No! The card will continue to earn points as long as you use it.

Can I cancel my Latitude 360 VIP Rewards card?

Yes! You can cancel your rewards card at any time. Just give us a call at 1 (844) 360-XVIP to speak to a representative.

It says that the point to dollar-spent ratio is $10 spent to one (1) point earned. What if my bill is $9.45? Will it be rounded up to 10 so I can get my (1) point?

Yes it will! Our membership will round you to the nearest point value.

What if I lose my card? Can I get another one?

Of course! Just visit one of our Latitude 360 locations and we will gladly get you another card. Just make sure to bring some form of I.D.

Why do you need my information for the card?

Our database is used to keep you up to date with information about what is going on inside of Latitude 360 as well as to inform you when you have obtained enough points for new rewards!

Will my information ever be shared?

How will you contact me when I have reached enough points to receive a reward?

We will contact you via email, so make sure the one you put down is correct!

What if I put in the wrong information on the initial card and/or time of sign up?

Not a big deal. You can always update your profile by visiting this website and updating your information. Just enter your card number and you are good to go!

If I have enough points to redeem two (2) Comedy Tickets, does this guarantee me seats within the comedy show?

No, our comedy shows can easily sell out. It is best to make a reservation for the comedy show by calling the Latitude 360 location you wish to visit.

Let’s say I have 5 points on my card and I would like to go to comedy show. Would I be able to put those 5 points towards the 15-point redemption level for the tickets and then be able to pay off the rest of the balance?

Unfortunately, no. Our rewards are completely point based and have no monetary value.

If I receive 10 points and would like to redeem the $10 Game Card, but I already have a game card with credits on it, can I just add the new credits to my card?

Of course, and one of staff members would be glad to help you out with that.

 

At the 100 point level, it says that I receive a $25 Gift Card. Can that be used on anything inside of the venue?

Yes! The $25 Gift Card can be used on anything inside of the venues.

If I want to upgrade from the VIP Rewards card to one of the 360 Membership card, can I do that?

Definitely! We would be glad to help you out with that. Just visit one of our Latitude 360 locations and a staff member will help you out.

If I upgrade to a Membership Card, will I lose my points?

No! We will simply transfer you account onto one of the 360x Membership Cards. Keep in mind, though, that when upgrading there is the initial cost of the membership card ($25 for a Blue Membership and $50 for a Black Membership).

LATITUDE 360 CLUB MEMBERSHIP

What is the difference between the VIP Rewards Program and the 360 Membership Program?

  • The Latitude 360 VIP Rewards is a free program where when you spend money at a Latitude 360 location, you receive points that you can later use for rewards such as free comedy shows, free bowling, free movies and much more.
  • The 360 Membership Program is a paid monthly subscription that gives you the same benefits as the VIP Rewards program by earning points (except the membership levels earn points at faster rates), but also awards you perks at the beginning of the month that can be used at any Latitude 360 location.

How much does the Latitude 360 Membership cost?

There are two levels to the Latitude 360 Membership Program, Blue and Black.

  • Blue Membership costs $25 per month
  • Black Membership costs $50 per month

What does each of these cards get you?

Blue Membership ($25 per month)

  • Earn points at 2x the rate ($10 = 2 points)
  • Personal Concierge Service
  • 2 Comedy Tickets per month
  • FREE Bowling (Monday – Thursday | 1 Hours Per day)
  • 1 Anytime Hour of Bowling per month
  • Unlimited Cinegrille Movie Tickets (Monday – Thursday | Up to 6 Guests)
  • 4 Cinegrille Movie Tickets (Friday – Sunday)
  • $25 Game Card (Expires after 120 Days)
  • A portion of the membership fee goes towards the Latitude 360 Foundation.

Black Membership ($50 per month

  • Earn points at 3x the rate ($10 = 3 points)
  • Personal Concierge Service
  • 4 Comedy Tickets per month
  • FREE Bowling (Monday – Thursday | 1 Hours Per day)
  • 2 Anytime Hours of Bowling per month
  • Unlimited Cinegrille Movie Tickets (Monday – Thursday | Up to 12 Guests)
  • 8 Cinegrille Movie Tickets (Friday – Sunday)
  • $50 Game Card (Expires after 120 Days)
  • A portion of the membership fee goes towards the Latitude 360 Foundation.

What is the point to dollar spent ratio?

  • Blue Membership – every $10 you spend in the venue, you receive two (2) points.
  • Black Membership – every $10 you spend in the venue, you receive three (3) points.

What are the possible rewards that I can receive?

  • 10 points = $10 Game Card
  • 10 points = 2 Movie Tickets
  • 15 points = 2 Comedy Tickets
  • 40 points = 1 Hour of Bowling
  • 100 points = $25 Gift Card to Latitude 360

How do I sign up for the 360 Membership Card?

There are a few ways to sign up:

  • You can sign up on our website, Latitude360.com. After you sign up, you will be sent an email confirming your membership. Just bring this confirmation email into one of our locations or simply show it to one of our staff members and we will get you your card!
  • Simply visit one of our Latitude 360 locations and speak with a staff member. We will take you through the process of receiving your card!

When can I start earning points on my new 360 Membership Card?

Immediately! If you were to join us for dinner, you could actually earn points for that meal! Just make sure to sign up before you pay the bill!

When is the billing date for the Latitude 360 Membership?

The billing date is the same every month and falls on the day that you originally signed up. For example, if you signed up on the January 4th, your next billing date would be February 4th and so on.

What if I was to sign up on the 31st? What would happen in a month, such as February, that has fewer than 31 days?

In this case, the billing day would be on the last day of that month. In the case of February, the billing date would be on the 28th and then in March it would be on the 31st again.

When will my monthly perks be replenished on my membership card?

Your monthly perks will be reloaded on your membership card on your anniversary date.

 

Do my monthly perks expire?

Yes, all current monthly perks on your card will expire on your anniversary date.. This includes all perks that are auto-loaded on your cards. It does not include any coupons you have acquire through the use of points within the venues.

Can I cancel my Latitude 360 Club Membership card?

You can cancel your Latitude 360 Club Membership card at any time after your second month. This means that if you signed up on June 15th, that would count as your first month. When your membership renews on July 15th, that would count as your second month. After the second payment is processed, Just give us a call at 1 (844) 360-CLUB to speak to a representative to cancel your account.

Why can’t I cancel my membership at any time?

Upon sign up, you received tangible rewards in the form of comedy tickets, a bowling certificate and a game card that possess an expiration date that is in excess of the normal rewards that replenish every month. Because these assets are not digital, our membership policy requires a 2 payment (one payment per month) minimum.
