You have to see the new Latitude 360 taking shape at Crossgates Mall to understand what it means to have a sports theater, 22-lane bowling alley, live performance stage, dance floor, arcade, bar and restaurant all under one roof.

Brent Brown, the company’s CEO, was at the mall in suburban Albany, New York on March 19 to check on the progress of construction inside a cavernous area that seems even bigger without the tables, chairs, and other equipment that will soon fill the 50,000-square-foot space.

“It’s turned out great,” Brown said. “I’m very pleased with the layout.”

The opening has been delayed twice, but Brown confidently predicted the business will be ready to open in mid-May.

This will be the fourth Latitude 360 in the nation, with two others coming to south Boston and Minneapolis. Brown also signed a franchise agreement to open locations in Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
